Dysport®, Botox®, Xeomin®, Lip Flip
If you're considering getting Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin® to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, you may be wondering what the difference is between these three popular injectables. The truth is, they are all very similar. All three are made from botulinum toxin type A, and all three are FDA-approved to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines. So, how do you choose which one is right for you?

Hyaluronic acid exists naturally within our body and depletes as we mature. Hyaluronic acid lip fillers look natural when done correctly. Most dermal fillers are temporary as they are eventually absorbed by the body.

general nurse information
All nurses are responsible for keeping accurate files, charting and medical information.
The reception will only assist with paperwork on your first visit by having them fill out the general information form. When necessary, should you ever have a severe reaction, we will first direct you to the nearest hospital, then contact the nurse immediately and provide your name & contact info and incident. It is our nurse's responsibility to file an incident report. However, please note a brief description in your client file on the booker to reference.
Reactions not deemed emergencies shall be directed and booked to come and see our nurse in the studio at the earliest convenience.
Should you call to convey dissatisfaction with the result of service, we will take down the message and immediately refer you to your nurse. The reception will not consult or provide any additional info on behalf of the nurse.
If available in the studio, the nurse will call you back asap. If not in the studio, we will make sure to send a message regarding concern to nursing immediately. In most cases, we will book the first available appointment with the nurse who performed the service and they will correct any of their work free of charge.
It is up to the nurse's discretion to alter any pricing for injectables (they will let you know prior to cashing out) for all injectable services.

cancellation and appointment policies
For appointments:
- If you are late by 20 minutes or more, unfortunately your appointment will have to be cancelled and rescheduled. If you know ahead of time that you are going to be late, please call to see if your appointment can still be accommodated.
To cancel:
- 24 hours notice or more is required for all appointment cancellations. $25 fee will be applied for last minute cancellations, under 24hrs.
- Due to the high demand for appointments, no-show appointments will be charged the full amount of the appointment and payment will be required before rebooking.
