If you're considering getting Botox®, Dysport®, or Xeomin® to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, you may be wondering what the difference is between these three popular injectables. The truth is, they are all very similar. All three are made from botulinum toxin type A, and all three are FDA-approved to temporarily improve the look of moderate to severe frown lines. So, how do you choose which one is right for you?
Ultimately, it comes down to personal preference. Some people prefer Botox® because it has been available for longer and is more widely recognized. Others prefer Dysport® or Xeomin® because they tend to spread out more evenly over the treated area and may provide results that last a bit longer.
Treatment with a wrinkle relaxer typically takes 30 minutes and costs. Most patients require touch-ups every 3-4 months. The Treatment is customizable to the clients individual needs.
Whichever injectable you choose, you can expect to see a noticeable improvement in the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles within a week or two following treatment. And if you're not happy with your results, don't worry – each of these injectables includes a touch-up policy that allows you to get up to five units free of charge. So, why not give one a try today?
Injectable filler is a hyaluronic acid dermal injectable that adds natural volume to the desired area to enhance skin, at different depths, and to help fill & soften wrinkles, providing natural volume, and natural augmentation of facial features and other desired areas; restoring an overall smoother appearance. Hyaluronic acid exists naturally within our body and depletes as we mature. Hyaluronic acid lip fillers look natural when done correctly. Most dermal fillers are temporary as they are eventually absorbed by the body.
Longevity of results depend on product, treatment and the individual client.
